We believe an unprecendented coalition of families, students, educators, community organizations, and district and union leaders – united in a shared vision – can unlock the leadership and momentum needed to transform and sustain student outcomes. Examples of what this looks like in practice:
We arrange powerful learning experiences to other transformative districts and schools that build the coalition’s clarity and conviction that change is possible.
We facilitate monthly convenings of community and district leaders to reimagine learning and co-design a “North Star” vision for all students in the community.
We support communities to build a strategic plan aligned to their co-designed vision.
